Thank you for shopping with Total Richness. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are handled for products purchased through our website.

1. Digital Products

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads are final unless otherwise stated.

Digital products may include ebooks, planners, templates, guides, workbooks, worksheets, checklists, and other downloadable resources.

We do not offer refunds for digital products once the product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or emailed, unless there is a duplicate charge or a technical issue that prevents access and cannot be resolved.

2. Physical Products and Merchandise

For physical products, including apparel, accessories, print-on-demand items, and store merchandise, refund and return eligibility may depend on the type of product and the fulfillment provider.

Please include your name, order number, item purchased, and reason for the request.

3. Print-on-Demand Products

Many print-on-demand products are made after an order is placed. Because these items are custom produced, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Wrong size ordered

Change of mind

Buyer’s remorse

Incorrect shipping address entered by the customer

Color variation due to screen display differences

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can review the problem.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue and the fulfillment provider’s policy.

You may be asked to provide photos, packaging details, or other information to help verify the problem.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error on our part or a verified product issue.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

6. Affiliate Products and Third-Party Purchases

Some products, tools, books, programs, or services recommended on Total Richness may be sold by third-party companies through affiliate links.

If you purchase through a third-party website, your refund request must be handled directly with that company according to its refund policy. Total Richness cannot process refunds for products or services purchased from third-party websites.

7. No Guaranteed Results

Purchasing a Total Richness product, guide, planner, resource, or recommendation does not guarantee income, savings, wellness improvements, financial results, business results, or personal outcomes.

8. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, payment processor, or platform.

9. Policy Changes

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Texas does not appear to have a universal three-day right to cancel or return most purchases; return options typically depend on the contract or the seller’s posted return policy, so having your policy clearly posted is important.
